Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Push Out Chunks Of White Goo From A Patient's Neck

To dedicated viewers everywhere (*raises hand*), Dr. Pimple Popper is one badass dermatologist who’s not afraid to get her hands dirty covered in goo. But for two audience members out there, she’s not only Sandra Lee, MD, she’s also Sandra Lee, mom. And she’s not about to let them—or you—forget that Mother’s Day is just around the corner. Case in point? Her most recent Instagram post that doubles as a not-so-subtle reminder to get. that. card.
Once you click through the “sensitive content” waring on the post (although, tbh, this extraction isn’t as gag-inducing as others), you come face-to-face with a huge bump that’s taking up a loooot of real estate on her patient’s neck. The minute you press play your ears are greeted by the sweet sound of Salt-N-Pepa singing their iconic number, “Push It.”

After slowly zooming closer and closer into the bump, which Dr. P doesn’t define as a specific skin situation like a cyst, the video finally starts to pick up: Dr. P’s holding tweezers in one hand and scissors in another to cut open the lump. Seemingly to the beat of Salt-N-Peppa chanting “ooh baby, baby, oooh baby, baby,” the derm now uses the scissors to cut around the fleshy white bump that’s beginning to peak out.
Just as the musical duo sings, “Get up on this,” Dr. Pimple Popper ditches her tools and starts to get handsy with the bump. Using both of her pointer fingers and thumbs, the derm starts to squeeze around the incision so that chunky white goo starts pouring out in two separate directions.
But that’s just the start. The doc then goes back for more and continues to, in the wise words of Salt-N-Peppa of course, “ahhh, push it,” so that chunky white gunk continues to spew out of the two little holes on the bump forming long ribbons of yuck on Dr. P’s fingers.
Unfortunately, the Instagram video stops after the second squeeze but if you’re a Dr. P regular, you can imagine how the rest of the appointment goes: a quick clean up of the gunk, then a snip sesh to cut out of whatever remains beneath the surface (maybe a sac?), and then an equally speedy stitch up of the patient.
Just your average day for Dr. P.
